Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager Duties: Manage a caseload of 100+ cases, ensuring thorough work up and timely processing to meet case resolution goals. Identify, gather and index all medical, wage and other liability and damages evidence. Draft complex case summaries and supervise demand writing. Maintain daily client communication and responsiveness for large caseload. Use Case management software and all office productivity applications. Work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with appropriate prioritization and timeliness. Qualifications: 5 years' personal injury experience. 2 years' experience as a Personal Injury Caseload Manager. 2 years' experience conducting settlement negotiations with adjusters. knowledge of typical medical conditions encountered in personal injury claims. Desired: High personal satisfaction with paralegal work. Commitment to serving injured persons. Customer Service ethic. Strong Work Ethic - able to maintain a predictable and reliable work schedule. Reputation for diligence, thoroughness and high ethical standards. Calm Demeanor: Ability to manage responsibilities of a large caseload with quiet confidence. Ability to work within a team environment. Ability to respond positively to Attorney direction. Bilingual in Spanish Minimum.
