Family Law And Dependency Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents and advise clients on legal matters. Represent clients in court (zoom), mediation, arbitration and trial. Motion Practice. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients. Negotiate settlements. Comply with all legal standards and the rules of professional responsibility. 5 years experience in Family Law in Washington. Familiarity with King County and Snohomish County local rules. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with maintaining a yearly billable hour requirement is a plus.
