Paralegal/Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate must be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with clients, court staff, and co-workers. Must be extremely organized, good with deadlines, able to prioritize and work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, and with great attention to detail. Must have 2+ years of experience. Demonstrate excellent independent decision-making abilities and the ability to multi-task effectively. An aptitude to learn and work in different computer systems is required. Should have an aptitude to work with a variety of computer software and client systems. E-filing experience is a plus. Should be able to multi-task effectively with great attention to detail. Willingness to work on a team as well as independently as needed. Must be self-directed, organized, diligent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
