Life Science Attorney The candidate must have significant commercial contracting experience in support of life science and/or technology clients. Should preferably have experience in drafting and negotiating early-stage R&D, licensing and tech transfer arrangements through later-stage clinical trials, clinical and commercial manufacture, sale, lease and distribution of finished product. Experience in mergers and acquisitions is preferred. Excellent writing skills are expected. Arizona Bar admission or willingness to become admitted preferred.
