Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate's duties include: Communicate effectively with clients to provide litigation strategy, counsel, and updates. Research for and draft quality pleadings and motion papers; Manage the discovery process, including taking and defending depositions; Motion practice, including experience researching and drafting legal briefs, working on and arguing various law and motion matters in court, as well as trial preparation and appearance; Autonomy to manage your own caseload under the supervision of a senior attorney. Bar (Preferred). Must have a degree from an ABA accredited law school, a license to practice law in Minnesota, at least 2 years of litigation experience, and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with insurance, employment, and personal injury litigation. Salary is dependent on experience.
