Legal Secretary The candidate must have at least 3 years of hands on experience as a legal secretary performing the tasks itemized below. Excellent proofreading skills. Experience with federal and state filing and e-filing procedures. Familiar with calendaring. Experienced in preparing pleadings, discovery requests and responses. Experienced in organizing and maintaining electronic files/documents. Proficiency with Word (including generating Table of contents and Table of Authorities), Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
