Workers Compensation Legal Secretary The candidate will perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, reading and routing incoming mail, maintaining files and other records, scanning and photocopying materials, maintaining client information and keeping current with attorney's existing work for clients, time entry and billing, and various other tasks as needed by the supervising attorneys in the practice of law. Must have good attendance, be punctual and reliable. Legal or medical experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience in Workers Compensation law is a plus. Must type 60 wpm. Must have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel and good production skills, heavy dictation.
