The candidate must have a J.D. degree with 3+ years of corporate transactional experience with a background in Life Sciences; experience in contract drafting, including supply agreements in the pharmaceutical space, is a must. Must be working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in connection with their intellectual property, commercial and M&A transactions. Must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills.
