The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of the various stages of foreclosure and must be able to assist attorneys in ensuring cases are proceeding accurately and timely. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 - $58,000/Year. ## Essential Functions - Complete workflow and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner - Review reports to accurately capture all files within their particular stage - Input client status updates daily, both internally and externally - Identify issues and escalate files to the appropriate person - Report to attorney workflow within assigned stage - Prepare case notes and court documents prior to attorney appearances ## Competencies - Detail oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites - Experience utilizing LPS and Tempo - Strong knowledge of foreclosure practices and guidelines ## Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
