Part Time Transactional Attorney The candidate will assist the firms technology transactional practice. Must have 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with a law firm or as in-house counsel. Must have experience drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts, including software licensing agreements, cloud services agreements, SaaS agreements, online terms of service, privacy policies, and confidentiality agreements. Experience advising clients on trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws as they relate to e-commerce and online retail sales. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Should have Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to Washington State Bar Association.
