Associate Bankruptcy Attorney Duties: Conduct on-line legal research. Review and draft motions including motions for relief from stay, proof of claims, and other bankruptcy pleadings. Work with the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and MA local Bankruptcy Rules. Qualifications: Massachusetts Bar Admission Required. Admission to New Hampshire and Rhode Island state bars a plus. Some consumer bankruptcy experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed. Detail-oriented with an ability to complete work efficiently and accurately under significant time constraints. Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and assignments. Able to work independently and manage a significant workload.
