Procurement Attorney Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of commercial contracts and agreements Manage a variety of complex contracts and monitor deadlines with the support of internal teams, including MSA s, SOW, cloud services, subscription services, global outsourcing, strategic collaboration, and vendor agreements. Review and negotiate SaaS, procurement agreements, and NDA s. Assist with other agreements, and/or tasks as assigned. Qualifications: JD Degree with 2+ years experience in transactional practice and prior in-house experience. Will be a high-energy, well-organized, collaborator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal, communication skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask and quickly prioritize daily activities. Strong knowledge of a variety of commercial contracts, especially regarding SaaS, vendor, and other technology contracts. Technology transactional experience required. Scalable, high volume, procurement experience with an emphasis on large semiconductor or Technology Corporation preferred. Ability to take guidance, improve upon feedback, and follow instructions well. Demonstrated willingness to be supervised by DWT attorneys.
