Employment Law Attorney The candidate will draft employment contracts, policies, handbooks and separation agreements. Counsel clients proactively on compliance with employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and related state and local laws. Employment litigation, including drafting, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and trials. Extensive client communication. 3 plus years relevant experience in Labor and Employment Law. Management Side Employment Law experience preferred. Detailed understanding of federal, state & local employment laws. Corporate law experience a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Strong attention to detail required. MUST be admitted to the VA Bar. MD and/or DC bar admission a plus.
