Attorney Recruiter - West Region Duties: Work with the firm's Chief Growth Officer and Integration Senior Manager to develop, implement and manage recruiting strategies and programs. Be active in the legal market to raise brand awareness of the firm and attract candidates to join Armstrong Teasdale. Identify new strategies for marketing and promoting the firm to prospective candidates. Manage the recruiting process in collaboration with the firm's Integration Senior Manager, including facilitating office and virtual interviews, keeping the recruiting dashboard current, and facilitating handoff between other departments, including Human Resources. Be responsible for managing lateral placements and outplacements through recruiters and headhunters, as well as the overall relationships with recruiting agencies. Work in collaboration with the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion department to support diversity and inclusion initiatives. Stay current and informed on legal industry recruitment best practices, trends and news; serve as an active member of local legal recruitment organizations and NALP.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. JD Degree preferred. 5 years of related experience (at least a year of which occurred within the legal industry) Deep understanding of the local legal market, legal industry and familiarity with legal recruiting software and systems preferred.
