Litigation Attorney, Consumer Defense The candidate will be assisting the litigation team with pleading drafting, managing a team of attorneys and coverage counsel, calendaring, filing, negotiating settlements of debt, speaking with clients, speaking with opposing counsel, performing legal research, and occasionally attending hearings in South Florida, etc. Will need to take a case from inception to completion, draft all pleadings, trial briefs, etc. Speaking with clients on the phone, explaining the process, and drafting. Also be handling the creditor and debt collection violations, negotiations, and demand letters. Must have 2-3 years of experience. Multiple Bar Licenses would be a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills and feel very comfortable speaking on the phone with attorneys as well as clients.
