Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience as a practicing Attorney licensed with the Arizona State Bar Association. Responsibilities: Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case. Conducting research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources to decide on a modus operandi. Drafting legal texts, including reports, contracts, and appeals. Representing clients at meetings, hearings, and at trials. Advocating for acquittal or clemency in each case. Informing your Senior Attorney and/or Managing Partner about salient developments in each case. Ensuring that data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential and are stored securely. Reporting on hours spent on each assignment via Centerbase. Annual Billing Requirements: 1920 hours/160 per month. Revenue Production of $288,000. Knowledge of concepts, terminology, principles and procedures of American law is required. Knowledge of methods and techniques of legal research and the use of statutes, codes and other legal resources are required. Must have Knowledge of functions and jurisdictions of local, state and federal courts and related agencies.
