Office Manager - Paralegal The candidate will join immigration law firm, This position will require management of client payments and accounting, as well as dealing with human resources and other administrative issues. We have begun drafting an employee manual, but we will need assistance drafting H.R. policies in the near future and continuing work on this manual. Additionally, this person would have some paralegal responsibilities, though no training is required for this aspect of the position. Someone with paralegal experience and experience managing an office would be ideal, but the most important qualifications for which we're looking would be (1) a strong administrative background, preferably five to ten years of experience; as well as (2) experience in supervising/managing a small- to medium-size office. A background in the management of law offices would be preferred.
