Immigration Attorney Responsibilities: Attend different hearings/interviews in relation to Immigration Court, USCIS and ICE. Conduct jail visits. Prepare clients for hearings. Review applications. Communicate effectively with the client at any stage of the process. Draft motions and briefs as needed. Enter notes into web-based case management system. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 2 years of Immigration or related legal experience preferred. Fluency in the Spanish language preferred. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork.
