Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for handling and tracking cases once they have settled, and finalizing all documents related to settlement. Providing excellent service for our clients - this includes everything from being the first point of contact if they have any questions, helping them schedule inspections and other meetings, and providing updates on the case. Tracking cases and moving them forward in the process as they progress. Admin tasks such as filing/scanning documents, tracking projects, and maintaining files. Exceeding the expectations of clients and ourselves.
The candidate should have real estate, legal, or related experience. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel efficiently. Possesses the organizational skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy.
