Associate Attorney The candidate will have excellent academics and 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation. Candidates must be admitted in Arizona and received their Juris Doctorate from a nationally accredited law school. Will be responsible for all aspects of civil litigation commensurate with their experience including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Screen and review cases. Client contact and communication. Prepare complaints. File motions. Conduct discovery. Handle all aspects of litigation through mediations, settlement or trial.
