Litigation Attorney The candidate must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar. Should have 3+ years of experience in litigation and contested foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. Admission in all three districts and be competent in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 cases is preferred. Must be able to manage a caseload, attend hearings, depositions, conduct discovery, motion practice and interact well with clients. Must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manager and prioritize multiple projects and tasks and possess the ability to identify and resolve legal issues timely and efficiently. Strong computer skills as the position requires the use of multiple platforms and programs is needed.
