Associate Attorney Candidate must have JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school. Bar Admission, active and in good standing in Washington, D.C. Multiple licenses preferred. Must be licensed in DC for 3 years and have significant experience in real estate title, litigation, bankruptcy and creditor s rights. 3+ years of experience in real estate, title, and litigation. 8+ years of experience preferred. Experience with bankruptcy and creditor right s firms preferred. Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients. Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to handle a large volume of cases. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook and Word.
