Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will handle bankruptcy; handle all areas of tax law which is the firm's expertise. Manage case load. Attend court hearings both virtually and in person. Meet and consult with clients in our main office and satellite locations. Perform client intake, provide client status updates, and direct paralegals. Review, file, and prepare pleadings, motions, petitions, bankruptcy schedules, all tax related forms for dispute resolution. Communication with IRS courts, trustees, clerks, and opposing counsel. Screen, printed documents, and have finger, hand, and arm dexterity. Must have bankruptcy experience and understanding of bankruptcy laws is required. Nevada Bar Admission preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to handle large caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
