Entry level Paralegal The candidate will maintain incoming documents, bates label, index, scan. Keep all indexes updated for documents, depositions, deposition exhibits, witnesses. Keep track of subpoenas sent out and responses received. Keep files organized. Document production to opposing parties. Create and maintain notebooks (motion, deposition, exhibit, trial etc.). Basic Legal Administrative experience (including calendaring and scheduling) required. Requires strong computer skills with 50+ WPM. Professional interpersonal & communication skills; communicate effectively with Attorneys and other professionals required. Good analytical skills required. Knowledge of Federal and State Rules required. Knowledge of preparing drafts: request, response, pleading, order, motion, etc required.
