Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will work independently with minimal supervision. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents. Conduct online research. Possess strong and persuasive legal writing skills and oral advocacy skills. Prepare trial documents including trial briefs and motions in limine. Provide written recommendations and case analysis for appropriate file handling strategy. Assist in trial preparation and trial. Complete daily time reporting. Should have 3 years experience in civil litigation. Employment litigation experience is desirable.
