Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of general civil litigation experience, including experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, handling complex discovery and ESI, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and taking depositions, and preparing cases for trial. A license to practice in Ohio and familiarity with the Ohio state and federal court systems is required. Should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
