Associate Attorney Duties: Provide practical advice to clients, not just legal advice. Draft memos to clients in plain English. Qualifications: Licensed to practice in Washington, or pursuing such a license. 1+ years of legal research and drafting experience preferred. Be able to use practice management software and its task lists, billing features, document storage, and email. Be able to Interpret how contracts and statutes apply to specific facts presented. Be able to compare multiple sections within contracts and statutes and consider how they might apply to a single question presented, especially if there are conflicting provisions.
