Senior Lead Attorney The candidate will handle all phases of personal injury and claim cases, including research, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes, for a large volume of cases. Help manage a caseload, client interaction, and documentation. Must have Juris Doctorate degree with active license to practice law and/or membership in Bar for Nebraska. Legal experience of 3 years required, preferably with Personal injury experience. Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures. Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment needed. Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills. Be a strong Leader, confident self-starter, and problem solver. Should have proven ability to listen and relate to clients with compassion. Excellent negotiation skills and organizational skills and ability to multi-task required.
