Ability to prepare pleadings, discovery, and assemble for filing/e-filing and service. Ability to perform legal research. Analysis of data for complex litigation. Excellent knowledge of local State rules and Federal Court rules. Understanding of legal concepts and terminology related to litigation, contracts, collection work, bankruptcy, domestic, and class action matters.
