Litigation or Workers' Compensation Attorney Part-Time The candidate should have 2 years of litigation or workers compensation experience to work in the firm's workers compensation defense and litigation areas. Should be able to cover most of hearings or court appearances is required and availability to be in the office at least 3 days per week for 5 to 6 hours per day is required. The days may vary.
