The Associate Attorney will perform professional civil municipal legal work involving a wide variety of legal issues, cases, and projects. Job Requirements The Associate Attorney will be expected to provide solid legal advice and assistance in the following areas of municipal law: * Public Information Act * Contracts * Labor and Employment * Litigation * Court Prosecution * Real Estate * Eminent Domain * Environmental * Finance * Constitutional Law * Statutory Interpretation and Compliance * Land Use Qualifications: * A J.D. degree form an ABA-accredited law school * A current bar admission * A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a practicing attorney or an attorney currently employed in a city or county government * Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus * Superior written and oral communication skills Compensation & Benefits The successful candidate will be provided a rewarding career and opportunity in a welcoming environment.
