Immigration Attorney/Criminal Defense Attorney Candidate will: Take ownership of a client s case - federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases. Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies. Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work. Full-service immigration services: family immigration, employment immigration, deportation defense. Felony and misdemeanor cases: discovery, pleadings, and motions; pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and criminal trials. Litigation experience is required. Must have Spanish language fluency.
