Staff Attorney The candidate should have experience interacting with clients on a regular basis. Should be a meticulous in accurately recording data. Should be a strong communicator and an active listener. Recent admittees to a State Bar (TX and CA preferred), and first and second year lawyer are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in civil litigation or with class action lawsuits is preferred. Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, is also preferred.
