Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience, and be in good standing with the California State Bar, with experience handling cases involving insolvent carriers and employers. Should preferably desire to provide high quality cost-effective legal representation, demonstrate solid legal knowledge and expertise in the litigation process together with excellent client service as part of our legal team. Related insurance claims experience is a plus. Some travel is required.
