The firm is seeking to hire a Bilingual Associate Attorney to join their team of legal professionals. ## Requirements The ideal candidate must have an active Bar license in Missouri and at least one (1) year of personal injury law experience. Preferred qualifications include an active Bar license in Kansas, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. ## Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidate will collaborate with the legal team and manage their caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process. This includes interacting and negotiating with insurance companies, communicating with clients, drafting legal documents, and ensuring accuracy of all documents prepared. ## Knowledge & Skills The ideal candidate must have the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment, exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and tech savvy. Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations are essential for success in this role. ## Salary & Benefits The position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
