Paralegal - Family Law The candidate will be drafting legal documents, answering and propounding discovery. Will be E-filings and performing all other functions of the operation of the office. Assisting with billing and knowledge of billing software preferably also with experience in drafting bankruptcy petitions, probate and estate planning documents and accounting's. Should have 3-5 years of experience in family law.
