Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent primarily Spanish-speaking clientele in all immigration matters. Will primarily manage immigration cases, including removal defense, family based immigration, consular processing, U Visa and VAWA applications, and other immigration benefits. Secondary duties may include family and criminal as related to immigration. Should have a strong foundation in immigration law and a firm grasp on the nexus of criminal and immigration law. A passion for representing the immigrant community is a must. Should have excellent writing and legal research skills. Admission to practice law and 1-3 years of immigration law experience is preferred. Exceptional legal research and writing skills are desired. Commitment to immigrant rights is an asset. Spoken and written Spanish language fluency is a must.
