Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be compiling case file information and documents. Organizing digital files and verifying case information. Being familiar with relevant statutes, case law and other pertinent material. Articulate written and oral communication. Engaging clients and others with emotional intelligence. Conduct legal research. Prepare legal documents and correspondence with careful attention to detail. Handle highly confidential internal and external matters. Complete, effective, timely filings and service. Timely completion of all tasks. Should have 3-5 Years of Family Law paralegal experience. Four-year degree or paralegal certificate preferred. Must have knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have experience with MS Word and Excel.
