Health Law Attorney The candidate should have three or more(3+) years of in-house or law firm experience in legal issues pertaining to health care operations including: health care regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, licensure and certification, and patient consents; Medicare and Medicaid coverage and billing/payment issues; fraud and abuse laws and transactional experience involving health care is a plus, including physician and hospital contracting, affiliation and integration transactions, and vendor contracting. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal and writing skills, solid academic credentials and a passion for client service. Must have a demonstrated interest in the field.
