Transactional Attorney The candidate will be drafting petitions, defending motions for summary judgment, research, and brief legal issues to the court, and prepare outlines for depositions and testimony required to support clients positions. Must have 3 full years in practice, preferably with a mid-sized firm. Should have a background in transactional work, including preparing company agreements, Special Purpose Vehicles / Entities, Asset / Stock Purchase Agreements, Employment Contracts, and Contractor Agreements, among other transactional documents. Legal research and writing skills are essential. The ability to be available to work overtime.
