Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience (preferably in Personal Injury and/or Criminal Defense). Must be a member of the Bar in MD, DC, and/or VA. Familiarity with drafting Motions/Pleadings and excellent research/writing skills required. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Spanish Speaking is a plus.
