Associate attorney The candidate will handle misdemeanor to felony level cases from start to finish including jury trials. Must have immigration and criminal defense experience. Must possess a strong academic background, must possess an interest in working with people of diverse background, able to manage substantial case load and able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to manage a wide variety of immigration matters including representing clients before the immigration court. Must be a team player able to manage and supervise paralegals. Fluency in Spanish language is a plus.
