Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of Family Law experience is required. Skills for position include: Proficient use of Essential Forms or comparable program, Outlook, Abacus; Trial preparation experience is a plus; Basic understanding of Family Law and relevant Code of Civil Procedure statutes as well as Sonoma County Local Rules relevant to the practice of Family Law; Confident and positive attitude; Calendaring and case management skills; Enjoys working with others as a team; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficient with computers and standard office equipment; Works well under pressure; Personable, professional and compassionate with clients required.
