Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate will work under seasoned trial attorney preparing motions and briefs, reviewing and summarizing discovery and assisting in preparing matters for trial. Familiarity with the Philadelphia court system preferred but not required. Ideal candidate would have prior experience as a Public Defender or ADA. Must be Bar licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Starting salary of $60,000 plus health insurance, 401k and profit sharing plus opportunity for referral fees. This is a great opportunity for an attorney to learn from a veteran trial lawyer and grow with a busy and well respected law firm.
