Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents and pleadings, such as initial drafts of complaints. Performing legal research. Law and Motions. Attending hearings. Handling discovery related activities and investigations. Should have Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited school. Should have State Bar of California Admission (active and in good standing). 1-3 years of litigation experience is preferred. Ability to write initial drafts of documents for a range of litigation categories are needed.
