Estate Planning Attorney The candidate's work will involve representation of clients in estate planning including drafting of wills and trusts, guardianships (both for elders and minors), and estate and civil litigation cases. Should have a Juris doctorate with accredited law school. Should preferably have experience of 1 year as an Attorney. Must be licensed to practice law and have good standing before a State Bar, in Nebraska (Iowa also is a great plus). The firm will accept applications from law students scheduled to graduate in May and take the Bar in September of 2022.
