is Seeking a BI-LINGUAL EXPERIENCED Paralegal Job Description is looking for a talented and experienced family based immigration paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. Duties include assisting their lead attorney in preparation and filing of immigration applications and petitions with government agencies, drafting legal documents for review by attorneys, and working closely with clients to compile and prepare detailed affidavits and gather documents. The newly founded employer division will need preparation of immigration applications for companies seeking essential temporary and permanent foreign workers, as well as for various individuals, including physicians, researchers, investors, and artists seeking immigration status in this country. Requirements At least five years of experience Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus) Superlative organizational, analytical, and writing skills Highly professional demeanor Team focused culture with emphasis on helping out in other office needs areas including administration and marketing. Type at least 60 WPM Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Immigration Case Management Software Ability to work remotely using VPN periodically Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary Health Insurance 401k Life Insurance Schedule Full-time 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On *** per year Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
