Litigation Attorney Candidate must have 2+ years of courtroom experience. Must be able to handle a high volume of county/circuit civil debt collection defense cases simultaneously. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be proficient enough in consumer bankruptcy to handle client consultations will be given greater consideration. Foreclosure, FDCPA/FCCPA & FCRA experience also a plus. Will: Be an easy-going but professional individual looking for an opportunity to grow with a growing firm. Be professional and willing to provide care and compassion for our clients in addition to legal defense. Be a team-player who wants to make a difference. Bring a positive attitude and be ready to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment, high-volume culture.
