Personal Injury Paralegal- Bilingual The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' needs. Position entails a lot of translation for the attorney during client meetings and client deposition preparations for construction site accidents on behalf of the Plaintiff. Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, trial preparation and: Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Client updates and meeting. Filing request medical records. Providing information to per diems- assisting in trial preparation; assisting in deposition preparation. Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field is required. Experience in personal injury is preferred. (car accidents, trip and falls, construction accidents, etc). Spanish speaking is always helpful.
