Associate Attorney The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Must have at least 1-3+ years of civil litigation experience; experience in real estate and foreclosure law is preferred. Must be able and willing to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Must be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, hearing and non-jury trial attendance, depositions, mediation, and conflict resolution. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and must be willing to assist in growing the firms presence as a top-performing firm. Court appearances at hearings, mediation, depositions, and non-jury trials are required. Should possess the ability to manage a portfolio of cases through all stages of the foreclosure process. Must be familiar with the Florida legal system, and must exhibit a commitment to superior client support, confidence and unfettered judgment.
